原标题：中石化去年净利同比下降29.4%

扬子晚报讯（记者徐兢）中国石化3月22日晚间披露年报显示，公司2014年实现净利润474.3亿元，同比下降29.4%，创下自2008年金融危机以来最大利润降幅。公司同时预计，由于原油实现价格大幅下滑，炼油和成品油销售业务消化高成本原油、成品油库存，导致公司归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比大幅下降，预计2015年一季度业绩将处于盈亏平衡点附近。

另据扬子晚报记者了解到，新一轮油价调整窗口将于本周四24时开启，多家社会机构预测，下调幅度约2毛/升。3月27日是国内成品油定价新机制出台两周年，纵观两年来的数据，国内油价最多时便宜了近2元/升。
